Charles H. Heffron, M.D. was born in Toledo, Ohio and grew up in Michigan. He received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, his graduate degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and his OB/GYN residency from the University of California at San Francisco. After his tour in the Air Force, he joined doctors Terrence Pheifer and J. Patrick Heffron to form Evergreen Women's Care in 1982. Dr. Heffron has a special interest in a holistic approach to health care and disease prevention. He teaches self-care and health risk identification, for example, in preparation for menopause. He performs minor surgical procedures like laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. He has a conservative approach to major surgery for fibroids, bleeding, prolapse and incontinence.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Heffron enjoys sports, music, antiques, reading, travel and motorsports. He and his wife Sally live in Kirkland and have three children.
