Mary A. Schubert A.R.N.P.

Mary was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. Her undergraduate and post-graduate studies were at the University of Washington. She was in private, then public practice, working with incarcerated women for seven years before joining Evergreen Women's Care in 1984. In addition to her EWC practice, Mary provides GYN care and consultation for women undergoing bone marrow and stem cell transplantation with Fred Hutchison Cancer Research Center/Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in Seattle. Mary's philosophy embraces the provision of total care and education respecting the unique physical, psychosocial, social, cultural, and economic environments of each woman, as part of her whole being.

Mary has two sons, Christopher and Chandler, lives in Kirkland, and enjoys family time including her 2 granddaughters Grace and Ava. Mary used to have time to backpack, play piano, swim, ski and paint. Now Mary finds most of her down time cleaning gutters, blowing off roofs, chopping wood and doing yard & car maintenance.
