Office Care
Our office works as a team for your health. Your care will be managed by the provider you choose and your appointments will be with that provider. However, there may be times when your provider is out of the office or unavailable. In those instances, your questions will be answered by the another provider. Based on scheduling, some of your appointments may be with nurse practitioners. This system allows that there will always be a provider available for you.
As individual providers, we would love to be personally available for all of our patients 24 hours a day. Obviously, this is not possible for your safety and ours. We rotate call between our five physicians. This call changes on a daily basis except on weekends when one provider is available the entire weekend. For urgent care, labor, delivery and emergency phone calls, the call physician will be taking care of you after office hours or if your provider is unavailable.
